Today is always related to yesterday and today is what affects tomorrow. Agree or not, that's a fact. There are many healthy lifestyles that we can imitate. 1. Always prepare a healthy breakfast for tomorrow
Start your day with a healthy meal. Why? Because the quality of what you eat in the morning will determine how long you can keep your energy steady until the end of the day. If you already feel weak or have a headache when the clock is still showing 10 in the morning, it could be that you have a problem with your morning meal. But, just knowing is not enough, the proof is that not a few people are in a hurry in the morning and end up choosing an instant menu for breakfast. It's really simple if you understand the concept that was discussed, you should have prepared the best and healthy menu at night for tomorrow morning, this leaves you with no option for instant food, right? So what's the choice?
Boiled eggs are easy to prepare, also high in protein and contain vitamin B-choline which is important for your brain (Sudaryani 2009) In addition to maintaining eye health, eggs also make you feel full longer and are not tempted to try unhealthy snacks. Coffee without sugar is also beneficial for heart health and improves the body's cognitive abilities. Coffee can also reduce the risk of cancer and type 2 diabetes. Bananas are rich in fiber, vitamin C and potassium. The starch in bananas makes you feel full faster. Yogurt without artificial sweeteners is rich in protein which keeps you full longer. This also maintains healthy bones, heart and nerves. All of these menus are easy, you don't even need to turn on the stove at all. All you need is yesterday's preparation. Of course, it would be much better if you have a regular shopping schedule and then you arrange it in small portions with a daily label in your refrigerator.
2. Sleep faster, Wake up faster
Sleep will help your body restore the overall balance it needs. After a day of activities and accompanying the family, going to bed early helps you wake up faster and refreshed. Of course, that's not the only choice. Many also choose to sleep later on the grounds of overtime but wake up still early. It won't be a problem for just a day or two. What if it drags on? What happens is that you become exhausted and stressed.
If you're tired, then it's a snowball effect that quickly gets you to the point of being unproductive. Waking up faster and refreshed helps you prepare for your day better. Going to bed and waking up at the same time helps your body to be more stable. By nature your body should work during the day and rest at night. Eat during the day and fast at night. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time. Go to bed early on time, wake up earlier on time. You build a much better self-esteem. Appreciate yourself for helping you so far.
3. Do exercise every day
Exercise doesn't just have to be jogging or going to the gym. You are free to do various types of sports that you really like in order to apply healthy lifestyle habits.
If you like cycling or swimming, then feel free to do so. Likewise, if you just like a leisurely walk. The key is one, make your body active every day.
